The Leading Smart Home Technology Partner for Builders, Architects & Designers in Connecticut & New York

The Smart Home Technology Partner for Builders & Architects in CT & NY

Lifetronic Systems partners with builders, architects, and designers across Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY. We pre-wire, design, and install smart home technology before the walls go up, not after the buyer moves in.

Homes with connected smart features commonly sell 3% to 5% above comparable homes without them. We help you capture that premium from the first day of framing, with a single point of contact for wiring, equipment, and buyer training.

  • Control4 Authorized Dealer, CEDIA Member, and Coastal Source Platinum Dealer
  • Serving Fairfield County, CT and Westchester County, NY since 2002
  • Featured project: The Clubhouse, Westport, CT — full commercial automation across simulator bays, karaoke rooms, dart bays, and a rooftop

Why Builders, Architects & Designers Partner With Lifetronic Systems

Lifetronic Systems is the smart home technology partner for builders, architects, and designers across Connecticut and New York. We’re the partner project teams turn to when a project needs more than a subcontractor. We’re on site during framing, not after drywall. We coordinate directly with your electrician, HVAC contractor, and site supervisor. And we back it up with real numbers.

Homes with connected smart features commonly sell 3% to 5% above comparable homes without them. They also tend to spend fewer days on market. New construction is now the fastest-growing segment of the smart home market. Builders who partner with a strong integrator now are the ones capturing that premium first.

As a partner, builders and architects get:

  • A single point of contact for design, wiring, installation, and buyer training
  • Direct coordination with your other trades, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Tiered smart home packages you can offer buyers at the design-selection stage
  • A referral margin on every upgrade a buyer selects, with no equipment to stock or staff to train

Design & Installation for New Construction

For new construction, our team designs a custom-wired home automation system before the walls go up. We’re on site alongside your electrician, making sure every wire and cable lands exactly where it needs to. That covers TVs, audio, lighting, security, climate control, and networking, unified into one system. Our plans extend outdoors too, covering cameras, landscape lighting, and outdoor entertainment.

System Integration for Renovations

For renovations and redesigns, we often rely on wireless systems. This lets us seamlessly integrate every component into one automated system, without opening walls that don’t need to be opened. The structure might be brand new or 200 years old. Either way, we design a system that works today and holds up for years to come.

Featured Project: The Clubhouse, Westport CT

Our most recent commercial collaboration is The Clubhouse, a golf simulator and social entertainment venue in Westport, CT, built with Just Video Walls. The space includes golf simulator bays, karaoke rooms, dart bays, a rooftop, a bar and dining room, and a private events space, each with its own audio, video, and lighting needs under one roof.

We integrated the Control4 platform to unify every zone into one system. Simulator bays and karaoke rooms each get independent audio and video control. The bar and dining room support game-day viewing across multiple displays. Lighting adapts by zone and time of day. Security and video run invisibly in the background, and the network backbone supports reliable connectivity across every corner of the venue, indoors and on the rooftop.

This is the kind of project where a single missed coordination point, like a dead WiFi zone in a simulator bay or a lighting scene that doesn’t match the room, gets noticed immediately by paying guests. Our full-spectrum approach, from concept design through engineering and installation, is what makes a multi-zone commercial venue like this run smoothly from day one.

This same commercial-grade approach carries across our recent work in Greenwich, CT, Stamford, CT, and Westchester County, NY. It’s a preview of what a builder or architect partnership with Lifetronic looks like on a real job site. Watch a walkthrough of the project, or see more in our full portfolio.

How the Partnership Works

Most builder and architect partnerships follow the same rhythm:

  • Design phase: we review plans and provide a wiring diagram before permits are pulled
  • Pre-rough-in walkthrough: we confirm locations and flag any field adjustments
  • Rough-in inspection: we verify every cable run and box before drywall closes the walls
  • Trim-out and commissioning: we install devices, program the system, and train the buyer
